Alpha Release at Midnight? Which time zone?

I notice the announcement that Code Hero Alpha release is tonight at midnight. I have to ask which time zone? The time stamp on the the news page seems like it is closer to GMT, yet we know Primerlabs are in CA, but EST is so popular.... So midnight in which timezone?
Are we getting PAX Alpha today?

Noisebridge is where Code Hero's founder landed when he arrived in SF and that's where many of the team met and became roommates. Where is the beta?

Are we going to get the beta today? A release date of Aug 31 was given it would be nice to at least try to keep us updated. :)
